Pamela Anderson left for Chile on Monday with a tweet saying:

HOPING THEY’LL TAKE BOLIVIA’S LEAD AND BAN OR PUT TIGHTER RESTRICTIONS ON USING CIRCUS ANIMALS.

And here she is today visiting a former torture center with employees of the Villa Grimaldi Peace Park Foundation.

According to today’s Santiago Times, Anderson’s arrival was quite a scene. Accompanied by nine bodyguards and wearing oversized sunglasses, she “angrily made her way through the gawking press crowd — all pushing and shoving to get the best angle.”

She became upset, says the Times, and at one point began pushing back against the press and yelling that she was being suffocated.
