Pamela Anderson has made her name through wearing the skimpiest outfits - but she insists she has major insecurities about her body.

The 42-year-old former Baywatch star, who recently wore a barely-there swimsuit on the catwalk to promote her new fashion line, insisted: ‘I never feel confident. I really don’t love my body.’

The actress has teamed up with designer Richie Rich to launch her line, A*Muse.

Rich says the actress, who is single again after splitting with electrician boyfriend Jamie Padgett, wants to ‘take a break’ from men and concentrate on promoting her fashion and TV projects.

‘She said being single is the best,’ Richie insisted. ‘I don’t think she’s giving men up for good, but she’s taking a break.’

Anderson added of her upcoming appearance on US TV show Dancing With the Stars: ‘I think it would be fun. I can’t dance, but I like the challenge, and am looking forward to some of the outfits I get to wear.’
