Kate Gosselin has reportedly described fellow Dancing With The Stars contestant Pamela Anderson as “awesome”.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, who performed the foxtrot with partner Tony Dovolani on last night’s show, told Ryan Seacrest that she chatted with Anderson about parenthood.

“We sit in the hair and make-up chair next to each other and talk about our kids,” People quotes her as saying.

“She’s awesome. I have gotten to know the Pam that is just a mom that drops her kids off at school. She’s given me advice about what it’s like to be a single mom.”

Anderson - who has two sons with ex-husband Tommy Lee - recently dismissed claims of tension between herself and Gosselin.
